Our office opening times will vary slightly during December.

For admin queries or if you have already had a quotation you can contact us on our standard opening hours – you can see these at the bottom left of your screen.

For new quotations and renewals our contact centre and live chat support will be available at the following times over the festive period:

• Tuesday 24th December: 09:00 – 13:00
• Wednesday 25th December: CLOSED
• Thursday 26th December: CLOSED
• Friday 27th December: 09:00 – 17:30
• Monday 30th December: 09:00 – 18:00
• Tuesday 31st December: 09:00 – 13:00
• Wednesday 1st January: CLOSED

You can purchase your Travel Insurance policy online anytime night or day. Simply select ‘Get a Quote’ and complete the required fields. In some instances, you may be required to speak to a member of our team. All quotes are saved and our team have access to these, so we can pick up where you left off.
